HIGH-QUALITY INVESTMENTS: Although we invest in a broad range of industries, companies, strategies and geographic regions, our focus is on established companies in the small and middle market (generally less than $1 billion in revenue).

EXCEPTIONAL SPONSOR FIRMS: Our select Sponsor Firms lead the majority of our investments, giving our Investors the expertise of leading institutional-quality firms with long-term and outstanding records in delivering premium returns.

INVESTOR CONTROL: When presented with investment opportunities, our investors have the ability to invest in only what they want, and can pass on the others. This is unique in the “blind pool” universe of non-syndicated private equity.
